Consulting Kitchen was founded by Anna Makievska, a food industry leader and co-founder of award-winning bakery concepts. With a career that spans building a premium sourdough bakery from scratch, scaling a flagship retail food division to thousands of SKUs and national recognition, and mentoring food entrepreneurs, Anna brings a rare mix of vision, strategy, and hands-on expertise.

We are more than consultants—we are partners who understand the artistry of baking and the realities of running a business. From crafting rye and spelt breads to designing entire bakery–café ecosystems, our work has shaped both boutique ventures and large-scale operations.
